If your service provider is not yet using ReachUC, ask them to contact us to get Unified Communications done right!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<article id=\"hrf-entry-65\" class=\"hrf-entry\">\n<h3 class=\"hrf-title close-faq open-faq\" data-content-id=\"hrf-content-65\">How do I enable SMS for my DID<\/h3>\n<div id=\"hrf-content-65\" class=\"hrf-content\">\n<p>To enable SMS for a DID send a message to the DID number with the text\u00a0\u2018subscribe\u2019 (without the quotes) in the message body.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you own the DID, then you will immediately be subscribed.<\/li>\n<li>If the DID is assigned to a different user (like an auto-attendant or another person), then an activation code will be sent to the email address of the other user. \u00a0You must send another message to the DID with the text \u2018subscribe [activation code]\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<article id=\"hrf-entry-409\" class=\"hrf-entry\">\n<h3 class=\"hrf-title close-faq open-faq\" data-content-id=\"hrf-content-409\">I subscribed to SMS but don\u2019t receive any messages<\/h3>\n<div id=\"hrf-content-409\" class=\"hrf-content\">\n<p>The SMS subscription process can take up to an hour. If you are still not receiving SMS messages after one hour, do the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From any cell phone, send the work \u2018ping\u2019 to your DID number. \u00a0If your DID was properly subscribed you will receive a response that the message was received. \u00a0If you don\u2019t receive a response, please follow the instructions to subscribe.<\/li>\n<li>If you are subscribed but still do not receive SMS messages, try to re-subscribe by send the word \u2018unsubscribe\u2019 to your DID. \u00a0 Afterwards, subscribe again by following the instructions to subscribe<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<article id=\"hrf-entry-307\" class=\"hrf-entry\">\n<h3 class=\"hrf-title close-faq open-faq\" data-content-id=\"hrf-content-307\">Can I disable the beep that is heard when a call is being recorded?<\/h3>\n<div id=\"hrf-content-307\" class=\"hrf-content\">\n<p>Yes, this is a configurable option that can be disabled.
