Welcome to ZoeVoip.com (“ZoeVoip,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZoeVoip’s VoIP telecommunications services, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You agree to:

Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

Be responsible for all activity under your account
ZoeVoip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate information or violations of these Terms.
2. Description of Services
ZoeVoip provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telecommunications services. Service quality depends on internet connectivity, equipment compatibility, and third-party network providers.
We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service

Compatibility with all devices

Availability in all geographic locations
Emergency calling (including 911) may have limitations compared to traditional telephone services. Users must review all E911 disclosures.
3. Payment Terms
All service fees are billed one (1) month in advance.

Payment must be made exclusively by valid credit card.

By subscribing, you authorize ZoeVoip to automatically charge your credit card monthly in advance for recurring service fees.

Charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Taxes, regulatory fees, and surcharges may apply.
Late Fees & Failed Payments

If an account becomes 30 days past due, a $25.00 late fee will be applied.

If a credit card charge is declined, returned, or otherwise fails (“bounced payment”), a $25.00 processing fee will be assessed.

Accounts more than 30 days past due may be suspended or terminated until full payment is received.
ZoeVoip reserves the right to use collection services for unpaid balances. Customer is responsible for reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

Use the Services for illegal purposes

Conduct fraud, spoofing, robocalls, or scam activity
-
Send unsolicited bulk communications
-
Interfere with network integrity
-
Reverse engineer or tamper with Services
-
Resell Services without written authorization
You are responsible for maintaining compatible equipment and secure internet connectivity.
5. Service Limitations & Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
ZoeVoip disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement
-
Continuous or uninterrupted availability
ZoeVoip is not responsible for:

Internet outages
-
Power failures
-
Third-party carrier failures
-
Emergency service limitations

Force majeure events
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:
ZoeVoip shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Loss of profits or business interruption

Loss of data
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ZoeVoip in the previous one (1) month.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZoeVoip, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the Services

Violation of these Terms

Violation of any applicable law or regulation
8. Suspension & Termination
You may cancel your service at any time through your account portal.
ZoeVoip may suspend or terminate Services immediately if:

Payment fails
-
Account becomes 30+ days past due
-
Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
-
These Terms are violated
Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
10. Modifications
ZoeVoip may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
